WE ARE REQUIRED TO DESIGN A LIMITED SPACE WHICH IS CALLED 'LIFE CAPSULE' FOR A 24-HOUR USE. THIS SPACE WILL CHALLENGE US TO THOROUGHLY EXAMINE AND CONSIDER ANTHROPOMETRY AND ERGONOMICS -BODY DIMENSIONS, BODY MOVEMENTS, HUMAN BEHAVIOURS AND USER NEEDS.

REFLECTION

 

WHAT I HAD LEARNT FROM THIS PROJECT IS UNDERSTAND HOW HUMAN FACTORS TO A DESIGN OF SPACE. I LEANRT HOW TO USE SHAPE, FORM, SIZE TO FIT A HUMAN INTO A DESIGN AND ALSO INCLUDED THE SAFETY, CONVENIENCES, FUNCTIONS, COMFORTABLE AND SO ON. BESIDES THAT, I ALSO BE IN TOUCH WITH THE VENTILATION AND NATURAL SUNLIGHT PENETRATION TO DESIGN A SPACE.
